Refund Policy: Rental fee refunds are not provided.

Privacy Policy: The City of Hyattsville stores the information of pavilion renters for the sole purpose of contacting them if needed. Your information will not be voluntarily shared. However, due to the City's obligations under the Maryland Freedom of Information Act, the City may be required to provide your information upon request.


Pavilion Rental Includes: Your pavilion rental grants you use of the pavilion and grill(s) only. It does NOT include playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts,
ball fields and other areas, which are open to the public or may be permitted to other groups.

Prohibited Activities: The following activities are prohibited and violations will result in cancellation of your pavilion rental:
Playing loud and/or amplified music or
use of a DJ. Use of personal or portable grills.
Operating moon bounces, inflatable games
or pony rides. Carrying and/or consuming alcoholic beverages. Use of generators. Sales or vending of any kind. Driving and/or parking on grass areas.

Requirements: All trash must be picked up and placed in the trash receptacles provided, and the pavilion must be left cleaned.
Pavilion renters must have a copy of their reservation receipt with them on the day of pavilion use.

Assistance During Your Rental: City of Hyattsville Community Services staff is not on duty on weekends. For weekend concerns, please
contact the Hyattsville City Police Department at 301-985-5060.
